1998 Oldsmobile Bravada 4dr SUV AWD

Review

70000 easy miles and I've replaced the fuel pump, alternator, tensioner belt, both front wheel bearings, ball joints, oil cooler lines, stereo speakers and now the transmission is slipping. This vehicle has never towed anything.

Nice ride when it's running.

the jimmy blazer and bravada all have bad ball joints wheel bearings from factory its a well known issue. If not replaced when you buy it include that in the future. Mine has 145000 on it when the fuel pump went. This is an issue with all newer cars. Also if you run it a lot under 1/4 tank the fuel pumps will go out faster as the gas is what keeps them cool. Try to just flush the transmission as the 4l60e and the 4l80e are bullet proof transmissions they will slip the the fluid is bad. After a flush the slip should go away
