Just an opinion - always insist on out of door price quote -do not take price + doc/TTL as the quote. If they give you excuses, don't buy them - Nissan prices the versa, not the steering wheel + tires + cruise + exhaust etc. But, be fair to them, have something specific in mind model + options, down to the color. I am currently negotiating a 2007 Nissan Versa SL CVT Hatchback. Convenience, ABS Sport, Sun Roof and basic add ons. I am currently at $16,120.66. Out the Door. We just got a 2007 Nissan Versa SL and need to get extra keys for the family made. When contacting the Nissan dealership, they said each key will cost me $246!!! $85 for key, $50 for remote and $100 for programming. That is absurd! Keep in mind the 2007 Sentra is a much different car than the 2006 Sentra 1.8 that I reported on here. The new Sentra is a bigger, heavier car with a bigger, more powerful engine. I think one reason cars from the '80s got such great fuel economy is that they were relatively light compared with compacts of today. Cars like the Sentra, Civic, Corolla back then were around ...
