because I feel like it is more of a car enthusiasts's car. It just seems to be a "funner" package than the 2007 Nissan Versa. However, the new Versa is a good deal and looks to be a comfortable car to drive. I have not driven the Nissan Vera but I have driven the 2006 Scion xA and loved it. I just purchased a new 2007 Versa S with a 6 speed transmission. Got it with the power package and floor mats for #13,905.00. Full MSRP, but there were only 4 here in Denver, and they gave me an excellent trade-in. After one day of driving it, the flywheel in the transmission has gone bad. The engines and 5 speed were completely replaced in the Focus starting in 2003 when the 2.3 PZEV motor jointly developed by Ford and Mazda was rolled out in "green" states in the hatchbacks. The dealership is,West Coast Nissan in PittMeadows.They did'nt budge on the price of the Versa.But I did manage to hammer them on the price of my pile of junk trade in.So you can always go that route.I was supposed to get it in aug/sept,but the manager found the exact same car that I ordered,and I was able to bump to the top of the list.First one sold in the lowermainland,ICBC ...
