2014 Nissan Versa Note 1.6 S Plus 4dr Hatchback (1.6L 4cyl CVT)
I purchased this car in July 2014.
I have spent dozens of hours @ dealerships & talking to Nissan Consumer Affairs. Wasted efforts. Still... I have a navigation system that is defective & has yet to be replaced - seems that since it is such a new car, the parts are hard to come by.
The inside ceiling has come out of the rubber tubing that hold it in place - interior cheap & is uncomfortable in long rides.
Cupholders to close to dash to use. Car has a difficult time in elevations or hills - I turn off the A/C & sometimes use lower gears to make it.
The car is noisy when idling, esp. for such a small engine.
Storage usage above rear cargo area, blocks rear view. Don't do it
Would have been navigation system had it worked.
Stereo is o.k.
Have better consumer customer service - stop using surveys to get feedback when the customers are simply harassed at dealerships for answers.
Thanks for the anonymity, Nissan. Have parts available for defective replacement. Terrible to buy a new car & not have it working as paid for & promised. Ensure your owner is happy with purchase, not regretting it & sharing the story everywhere they go - especially when the new ads are on tv in a public setting. Don't make car so tight inside that it feels cramped or can't use features because of space restriction. Maybe manual overdrive so we can get up the hills!
