I also own a Nissan Rogue and it has 78k miles and I did have the same problem like you. The first one I got a oil leak on the transmission that endup replacing the transmission at around 50k. also at 75k miles I have a problem in which the rogue didn?t accelerate above 60 miles, then 50 and then 45miles on highway and took it to the dealership and they told me that there was nothing wrong with it since they were not able to recreate the problem. So I have to wait until the problem happen again and that?s when they told ok lets fix it. So its around 75k and I have take it to the dealer to replace the transmission twice. My warranty expires may 2013 but before that I will sell it!! And of course it will not be a nissan. SadReport it
