Almost the Best
Vehicle
2009 Nissan Quest 3.5 S 4dr Minivan (3.5L 6cyl 5A)
Review
This van is simple and practical, while still having today's new technology that is a lot easier to use, it is fun to drive and a lot more roomier than the other vans I have driven. I hope this is the best to come.
Favorite Features
power liftgate, doors. styling exterior and interior. Does great on gas mileage
Suggested Improvements
Wish it had more cupholders in front, fold-flat seats in the back and power windows in the back instead of having vents in the 3rd row seats. Too many blind spots while backing up.
nice ride

So far, so good!
Vehicle
2009 Nissan Quest 3.5 SE 4dr Minivan (3.5L 6cyl 5A)
Review
The Nissan is the only van I've ever owned that drives like a well-made SUV rather than like a van. Steering is responsive, the engine seems confident and responsive, and the mushy ride of my prior Sienna & Odyssey is nonexistent here. The seating is more comfortable. The Bose stereo is much better than my two prior vans, making even XM sounds good. Nissan should have gone one step further and designed the second row seats to fold absolutely flat rather than almost flat. The central command console/stack is a bit too large and rounded, intruding slightly into the knee area. An intuitive redesign of climate & sound system would help, as would improved iPod integration.
Favorite Features
Fun to drive. Great sound system. Not having to remove seats! Responsiveness. Comfort.
Suggested Improvements
More cupholders in front. More storage cubbyholes. Less intrusive dash. Better iPod integration. Fold-flat seats (rather than fold almost-flat seats). Front parking sonar/sensors.
