Production of Quest leaving Canton, MS?
I just read in the 7/3 edition of Automotive News that Nissan will make a decision shortly on whether or not to maintain production of the Quest in Canton, Mississippi. They are calling the Quest a niche vehicle, and say its keeping the factory from full production. Interesting read, but, I'm wondering how many, if any, sales will be conquered from Ford/Mercury ... Re: 2006 Quest Smokin' Deals? [dtownfb]
In post 481, jmirav says he was offered $900 under invoice, which would be about $7,500 off MSRP. And in post 485, mrmcgiv says she got $28,075 - $19,600 = $8,475 off MSRP. (jmirav and mrmcgiv, were there any trade-in or financing considerations which might have changed the value of the deals you wrote about?) Anyway, I would hardly consider a 2006 for much more ... 2006 Quest Smokin' Deals?
Yes, a dealer has called and told me that he has received 2007 Quests. But I am looking for a smokin' deal on a 2006? Anybody got a great deal? You think it is possible to get $10,000 below MSRP? Or are people going for the $3,000 rebate from Nissan--is that enough to move those 2006's? Anybody know how bad it really is for Nissan to get rid of the 2006's? Thanks. Read More...

Re: Nissan Quest: Canadian Buyers / Owners .... [hondakid]
Back in March before I bought my Mazda MPV, I was receiving quotes on Nissan Quest 3.5S, with DVD players and some additional upgrades for $21,300 USD (approximately $24921 CDN). I would holdout a little longer because I think when they bring out the 2007 models with the redesigned dashboards, you will be able to pickup a 2006 for under $20k usd ($23.4K CDN). But ... Re: My good fortune with the Quest [vinhphuc]
I agree that Quest is a great van that has spacious interior, fun to drive (as a van), fold-down 2nd row, hidden storage, TPMS, Center Gauges, sky-view, etc... However, it lacks some of the great features against the competitors. Hum... 2nd row up/down windows, full length side curtain, split fold 3rd row, spring assist 3rd row, head rests must be removed when ... Read More...

Re: 2007 Nissan Quest Exterior & Interior Photos [avantime]
Honestly I don't think much of the new interior. I don;t like the storage bin between the seats - i like the open space for putting things - like the bag we lug around for the jids, soda cooler for long drives, etc. As for the orig. centrally placed speedometer - I quickly got used to it and think the new config is a step back. But when in Rome - Be a Roman Read More...

Re: 2007 Quest [famof3kids]
Yes, I just saw the pics today right here on Edmunds.com's coverage of the Chicago auto show. I actually feel kinda sad. I mean, I LOOOVED the 2004 to 2006 Quest. I almost bought one, but decided on a smaller vehicle since I really didn't need something so big (love my Mazda5). Anyway, I LOVED the Quest and thought that it's exterior AND interior design was very refreshing ... Read More...
2007 Quest
Anyone see this? Supposed to be unveiled at the Chicago auto show in a few days....anyone have pictures of the new interior? Any other details? Nissan is counting on the 2007 Quest's new interior to boost the minivan's disappointing sales. One of the highlights of the interior is a new instrument panel, which positions the gauges in front of the driver. In the ... Read More...
