We have the shudder problem at 20+- miles per hour and on our forth attempt at a repair the car has been in the shop now for seven days and they are still waiting on parts ????? . I will post again when I get the car back .
Our Daughter bought a 2013 and we discovered the design of transmission was at fault! We used the Lemon Law to have Dealer buy it back! They wanted us to exchange it for a new one ! We said no thanks! If you have Lemon Law in your state
find out the criteria for its implementation! Do NOT let your warranty period expire!!
Best of Luck
This problem is everywhere I have read posts from the Mid-West to the U.K. Look on youtube there are video news reports of the problem!
