Just leased a 2006 Pathfinder LE storm gray color with comfort package, 15,000 miles, and 39 months. With $1,500 in ($900 applied to cap reduction), monthly payment came out to $320+ tax. If you were to lease a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder SE 4WD through NMAC right now for 36 months with 15,000 miles per year, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value should be .00171 and 57%, respectively.
