ec99, yes, lower money factor and higher residual is what you want. Money factor is published by the bank that you are leasing through and I believe the lowest possible money factor you can get from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. is .00029. Yesterday we looked at a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder LE with everything in it but the navigation system. The list price on the lot was $41,340, the list price on their website is $38,345. Thanks for the additional information, karen7338. Don't worry about leasing being confusing. You can simplify things by focusing on the two most important numbers. They are your vehicle's selling price and the money factor that is being used to calculate its monthly payment. These are the two main profit centers for dealers on leases. I thought Nissan was providing a few thousand dollars in incentives to move the 2006. The $33,435 price seems not to include the incentive, just a negotiated sales price. Without the year end incentive, might as well get a 2007. Anybody know how much the dealers are getting to move the 2006's. Read More...

I am going to lease a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder SE with only body side moldings, splash guards, floor mats, and cargo mats for $199 a month/48 months/12k a year with $4,995 due at signing.
