Hello jaynaps. $500 over dealer invoice is a pretty good selling price for a leased 2007 Nissan Murano. Of course, for the purpose of calculating your monthly payment you are essentially paying $2,500 over invoice because of your negative equity. nismur, I'm not carman but let me throw in my two cents anyway... There are two cardinal rules in leasing (1) ALWAYS establish sell price first and (2) Know how to compute the lease payment.
