Hi Kristie! I own a 2009 Maxima that coming off lease this month. I really love the car and considering purchasing another one very soon. The only gripe I have is the sun roof is loud when it’s open. (Have you heard that before?) It has the netting across the front of the sun roof but I’m wondering if the hard plastic guard they offer is a better option. Just wanted ... Read More
Hi All, I would appreciate your experienced help. I live on Long Island in New York.. I currently have a leased 2009 Nissan Altima and my lease ends in October 2012. I have a vibration problem with my 2009 Maxima too. The seat shakes, but it is the vibration in the steering wheel that drives me crazy. I've had the tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. I also had them check my rims to make sure they weren't bent. Nothing has fixed the problem. I've seen another discussion board where people have had the same problem. http://forums.maxima.org/7th-generation-maxima-2009/591997-finally-my-maxima-vib- ration-problem-gone-print.html Please post an update on ... I have a 2006 infinti g35 and my passenger seat vibrates like crazy!! Can I get in? Nissan / infiniti is the same thing!
Mine does to and its a 2010. The 2009-2011 all have shaking front passenger seats. I can't for the life of me believe you would waste your time suing over a shaking seat. While its a poor representation on Nissan's part, its definitely something that does not affect the drivability or safety of the car. The airbags and seat belts still work for God sake. I don't believe their is away to deactivate that safety feature. If you think Nissan/Infiniti's system locks you out, you should see the one in Toyota/Lexus. I've discovered the 28" wiper blades for the nissan maxima are a little tough to find - especially the newer-style, frameless replacement wipers. Hi Korey. Here's the information that you're looking for. You never mentioned how long you want to lease for or what mileage allowance you need, so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease ... Read More

Car_man, That's great that Nissan allows residualization of most dealer installed options. I don't remember Lexus doing that when I leased through Lexus Financial Services. I'm assuming that Infiniti would have the same policy with dealer installed options. Is that correct? Thanks. Sam
You're welcome, Sam. Here's the latest info for you. NMAC's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Maxima SV Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00108 and 56%, respectively. Yep, at my local Nissan dealer, their Maxima inventory really went down towards the end of April. 10 were on the lot at the begining of April, now there's only 2 left. Rebates must be helping here.
I am not totally sold on the Genesis either, they look great but I would have to drive one for a while to see the light and decide to follow it. They are allover the place here in the DC area. There are some great deals advertised on the Maxima, 2999.00 down and 299.00 per month on a lease though, you would look for rebates on a buy deal. I have ... Read More

Funny you should mention that, I have the frost interior and simply spray it with Turtle Wax leather cleaner and conditioner once a month, works great. I can't comment on MF's and residuals but if you are only getting about $900 off of sticker price, that seems steep to me. I posted this in the "2009 Nissan Maxima" thread a few days ago: For comparisons sake, I occasionally look at a few dealers in the southeast and mid-atlantic for online pricing. dobbsdirect.com, teamdirect.com, Brown's Sterling Nissan, fitzmall.com, nissanofforestcity.com, antwerpennissan.com, etc. I don't think I have seen anything ...
