Hi I have an 2004 Maxima as well. I think that your expectations might be a little bit high on the car. It is a soon to be 9 year old car. And you mentioned that the paint is fading. Do you know if has ever been waxed? Chrome is chipping off the grill, sure they all do that when they have a clear coat finish. Did you not notice those things when you purchased it???? The clutch went bad in 12 days? Where there any signs of it being mushy? All the other items you listed are still working fine on mine and it has 130k on it. I think you might have been sold a car that was not well maintained. That is not really Nissan's fault. I plan on keeping mine for a long time.Report it
