2011 Nissan Leaf SL 4dr Hatchback (3-phase, 4-pole electric DD)
We are in TN, so only Nissan dealers are supplying the charging stations making "range anxiety" a very real concern for me after hours driving.
It will just take more planning until I adjust to it.
When DC quick charging stations are more available, range anxiety will be much reduced.
Handles very well.
Quiet, comfortable seats, roomy, great torque, voice activated, Blue tooth phone synch, USB media support, CarWings integration, backup camera projects car outline, Homelink works everything we need, configurable RSS feeds, love the ECO-friendly driving mode, and regenerative breaking, media controls on the steering wheel, loved the remaining range display, being able to pre-heat/cool the car from my computer or smartphone while it is still charging,
We had to remove the rear seat headrests since they blocked much of the tiny rear window.
The front seat headrests are not comfortable at all.
In-dash touch screen too shiny.
Use of a non-reflective glass or cover would be safer.
Add ability to have a 1974 396 Chevy big block w/ 3/4 cam as a slow moving sound "effect"!
Use altimeter to adjust driving range since ascending inclines drastically reduces range.
Be able to pop the hatchback with the remotes.
Side mirrors could provide wider field of view.
Lack of spare tire is a detriment.
If i patch a flat with mfg kit, dealer has to replace tire pressure sensor...not good.
Split display too busy.
Startup is not intuitive.
