As it gets older, it will get a lot of off road / back road
use. I want compact external dimensions, and a short turning radius
for the (almost) roads that often use. This fills the bill.
It is quiet on the freeway. The only real wind noise comes from the bug
deflector. We average 18.5 mpg with a canopy, a bed full
of "family stuff" and 4 people in the truck. It has no
squeaks and rattles.
ABS brakes. Simply put, they
actually work - on snow, ice, mud and gravel. They work so well that you
may not realize how treacherous the road conditions are until you step out
of the cab. Cost. We paid $22,000 for it.
The back seat is about the same size as the back seat of a
Cherokee or a 4 Runner. We had a cracked exhaust manifold by around 5,000
miles - warranty. We've had two marker lights burn out - warranty.
The alarm remote went bad at 35,900 miles causing the alarm to go off.
