It's still under factory warranty. Maybe they don't think buyers would pay the extra $$ for CPO. CPO-ing a vehicle results in it costing extra. If that's something you're really interested in, you could call the dealership - perhaps they'd be willing to CPO it, but be aware that this will result in a higher purchase price.

I have a 2010 2.5S with 4,000 miles on it and the CVT is great. The combination of power and efficiency is excellent. I took a long road trip with flat highway and hill climbing and the CVT did a good job adjusting to the roads. I hope everything works out for you. Hi tschmude. Unfortunately, the $1,500 rebate that you mentioned is not compatible with NMAC's special lease program for this car. I believe however that Nissan is $500 NMAC bonus cash on all '10 Altima Sedans and another $500 on Altima Sedan 2.5S models without the Power Driver's Seat option that are compatible with the lease. I'd say go for it. The cheapest I have seen 2.5S go for is $16,988 with the MSRP being $23,070. The convenience package runs about $1000 extra. So factoring in the $1000, you are getting a good deal. Regardless of what you decide to do, you are getting a great vehicle.

The deals are pretty darn close but the 0% is a better deal, payments will be $350 per month vs. around $360 with the 2.99%. Since they are both five year deals you should be able to tell which is better simply by comparing the payments.
