    I didn't know that the 2010 Tuscon got that much MPG fuel economy. I used to own a 2001 Sants Fe 2.7L, 6 cylinder automatic AWD which only got 18 to 19 MPG overall fuel economy. Does the 2010 Tuscon get 32 MPG because it has a 4 cylinder engine in it?

    The 2001 Altima wasn't really in the same class as the Accord at the time, I believe. It was a compact I think, and didn't even offer a V6 engine. The Maxima competed with the Accord until the 2002 Altima came out. The 2001 and earlier Altimas were similar to large compacts like the Ford Contour and Mazda 626.

    I have 2001 nissan altima and at higher speeds it does drift to the right. i tried alignment fixing but no help. I think it is because the right side of steering wheel has more buttons and controls such as cruise etc which causes it to turn right a bit, but Im no engineer and it may be different for 2007 altima.

    I am having the same problem with my 2001 altima as well it is the Mass air flow meter. it is making the 4th cylinder misfire.     I'm working on my 3rd Nissan. The thing that I like about the engine is the timing chain (versus a belt on other engines that might need replacing at 60k - 100k miles). My 1991 Stanza was running great with 184k miles on the original timing chain, until it was totaled by a rear collision last week. I expect the same use out of my 2001 Altima (21k miles).
