Review

The car is an absolute hoot to drive. The biggest problem I have with it is that I should have spent the extra money to go with the second level trim to get the cruise and traction control. Nissan should include those two devices and the extra air bags on every Z they sell even if it means adding a little more to the base price. It would make a big difference, especially given the high performance status of this vehicle. Remember, it's not just for looks, this car already has the eye appeal, it's a safety issue and that should be at the top of all other considerations. Nissan, wake up and get with the program!

Favorite Features

This is a fun car to drive, no ifs ands or buts.

Suggested Improvements

Safety, safety, safety, put the limited slip rear, extra air bags, and (here's a stretch) how about a 3 point harness in every Z.

Review

This is my first Z, I had a 97 240sx with an SR20 turbo motor in it. The 350Z is much faster and reliable. I love the Bose sound system and the wheels. Wonderful car and the bigest bang for the buck.

Favorite Features

VQ35HR, wheels, HID, LED lights.

Suggested Improvements

None, amazing car.

Review

It is a great car for a price tag under $30,000. I would not spring for a loaded model that puts the price tag close to $40,000. Would rather get in to a Corvette or Porsche Cayman. Definitely a performance oriented car that comes with less than great fuel consumption and a tight but pleasant interior. Have not gotten close to the advertised fuel rating. The car only sees city driving, so that could be the reason.

Favorite Features

18" wheels, smooth and powerful engine.

Suggested Improvements

The trunk is very small. Can't even put a piece of luggage in there. That's what you get when you buy a sports car though.

Review

Beautiful car, very athletic handling and performance. I have leather, navigation and bluetooth. This car exceeded my expectations.

Favorite Features

I really like the Ray's engineered wheels. They are beautiful.

Suggested Improvements

I would like to play DVDs on the DVD navigation, also the stereo should have an auxiliary audio input for iPods or MP3 players. Quiet ride at high speeds but could be quieter. I think that the car could be lighter.

Review

The 2007 Z is a joy to drive. The last Z that a drove was an '05. I also owned a 2006 G35 coupe. There is a huge difference from both of those vehicles to the 2007 350Z with the new engine, especially in the the power/road handling performance. I have owned and driven a lot of cars: Infiniti M45 w/ 340hp, AcuraTL TypeS, etc. Nothing even begins to compare in the speed and handling department. I love it!

Favorite Features

Much faster than I expected. I knew the '07 model would be little faster but I was in awe.

This is my 2nd Z. Had a 2003 350Z Touring and there is no comparison. The improvements that they've made were right on target. Engine is stronger, interior is more comfortable and better looking. Loved my old car, absolutely ecstatic about the new one. If Nissan keeps making them, I'll keep buying them.

Favorite Features

Powerful engine, handling, comfort.

Suggested Improvements

Joystick on GPS. Rather have a small keyboard or touch screen.

2007 Nissan 350Z Touring 2dr Convertible (3.5L 6cyl 6M)

Review

I am extremely happy I chose the Z. Mine is black with a soft top. The lines are sleek and powerful. The factory rims are phenomenal. My colleague owns a 911 and I wouldn't trade rims with him for anything. The ride is smooth and the engine is extremely responsive. Honestly, the car is almost too quick for me, but I am steadily getting acclimated. I love the car and I would recommend it over any of the other roadsters I see floating around the roadways.

Favorite Features

Hey, it's a convertible. Who doesn't like a convertible. Quickness, handling, GPS and the rims are great too.

Suggested Improvements

A bit more trunk space would be nice. I can fit one golf bag in it, but it would be nice to be able to fit two.

2007 Nissan 350Z Grand Touring 2dr Coupe (3.5L 6cyl 6M)

Review

I owned a 2004 350Z and traded for a 2007. I am very impressed with the upgraded interior and the solid engine performance. I had looked at other sports cars (e.g. porsche, corvette) and feel very good about this choice. This is perhaps the best sports car in terms of cost and performance.

Favorite Features

Tire/wheel package (grand touring model) and improvements to interior. I especially like the bluetooth phone feature.

Suggested Improvements

None. This car is vastly improved over the 2004 edition.

2007 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast 2dr Coupe (3.5L 6cyl 6M)

Review

My 2007 350Z (Enthusiast / Redline Red / 6mt) has the re-done VQ35HR 306 horse engine. This engine has 80% new internal engine parts and dual fresh air intakes. The performance is phenonenal with tachometer redline limits now at 7500 with engine improvements. This is a true sports car with road handling capabilities rarely found except on high end sports cars.

Favorite Features

While the list of favorite features could go on forever, simply stated, the best feature is the value. This is a powerful and head turning sports car for less than $30,000 - WOW!

Suggested Improvements

For aesthetics, I'd like to see standard staggered factory wheels.
