The 2009 Ford Econoline Wagon receives a redesigned instrument panel and standard stability control across the lineup, as well as new options such as a navigation system, satellite radio and a rearview camera. In the powertrain department, the 4.6-liter and 5.4-liter V8 engines can now run on E85 ethanol, and a V10 engine is again available, this time displacing 6.8 liters.
