Review

I love my CR-V, drives like a dream; fun to handle. only problem is that I sit up straight when driving, not enough lumbar support for upper back. Would be needed for long drives/traveling. I purchased a lumbar support item to accommodate the lack of. Not getting rid of my car. I love it!

Review

Took a hit and traded in our 2004 Pilot, unfortunate timing to trade a larger SUV. Love the CR-V so far. Just did a 1000 mile trip (avg 27 mpg), XM radio got lots of use. Smooth ride, plenty of room for the kids and all our stuff. Slower pickup taking a little getting used too, but still a very peppy ride. Very happy with our choice, had to look long and hard for our favorite Taffeta White. Wish the front seats extended farther out for more support under the legs. Floor mats could be better quality, already matting and shedding a bit. Wish the back windows went all the way down, we didn't realize this until after purchase. Overall great vehicle, plan to drive for a long time.

Stereo..finally Honda got it right, XM, cargo shelf makes lots more room, lots of outlets, sunroof, gas range so I know how much longer I can drive

Suggested Improvements

Built in garage door opener, back windows to open completely, better rug- mat quality, longer front seats for better leg support, more accessible coin compartment

Review

We just got the CR-V 2 weeks ago and so far it has met and exceeded our expectations!! The car looks great in black and performs well above what some critics have noted. Plenty of up and go when you need it especially with a 4 cyl and great gas mileage. We are happier every day we drive it. Almost bought a bigger SUV but so glad we went with a CR-V

Review

After researching a small SUV for three months, I finally decided on the Honda CR-V-EX-L. I finalized the purchase today and am extremely pleased with it so far. I also test drove a Toyota RAV-4, which was my first choice. I've owned two camrys in the past and have always been pleased with Toyota's quality. However, I prefer the sleek, clean design of the CR-V's exterior. This is my first experience with a Honda and I am very pleased with my selection.

Favorite Features

Sleek exterior, alloy wheels, XM radio, comfortable seating, interior storage, spacious interior.

Suggested Improvements

Better quality leather but OK for a small SUV, lighted vanity mirrors.

My wife's choice. I was looking for an Accord. She fell in love with this royal blue pearl model. Fantastic fit and finish, no defects on delivery. Not a head snapper, but adequate acceleration and surprising comfort, Typical solid Honda feel. Loaded with safety features and very nicely appointed. Great handling and stopping. Mileage is a little better than advertised, with 28 mpg on trips and 26 in town driving, We both love to drive it and it is a head turner. People asking all about it. Couldn't be more pleased! Well, maybe a little. The funky console/tray is kinda useless and would prefer a real console with storage, but this is really nit-picking!

Favorite Features

Overall quality and appearance. Moon roof and 6 disc. Dash lighting. Safety stuff. "On rails" handling. 90 degree opening doors, step up entry. All the thoughtful touches. And, HONDA QUALITY!!

better console. fancier floor mats.

This is my 3rd Honda CR-V and I don't think I'll ever change to another SUV! The Honda CR-V LX 2008 is a great car, better mileage than my CR-V 2004 and it is really good to drive. I am so excited about my new purchase and I congratulate the Honda Co. for putting such good product out in the market!

Gets out of its own way nicely. Little rough on some bumps but overall a nice drive, on highway, excellent. Road noise minimum especially with optional floor mats I am very pleased with this vehicle looks wonderful with extras I put on getting 17-20 on local trips with stop and go in city got 31 on highway smooth little SUV

White, black side steps, spoiler, roof protector splash guards make a real sporty silhouette handles swell, like interior workmanship also like cd player

Better base on radio and cd sound .washable shelf on door( cloth gets dirty fast in that area)

Review

This is our first CR-V and we are very happy. The first fill up was an actual 27.3mpg, very impressive. I just filled up yesterday and got a actual 29.5mpg, this is not the computer mpg, this is actual per gallon to fill up. This is a solid suv and the only real items that I don't like are the wind and road noise, I believe it is a little excessive. Buy this suv before the Equinox or any other small suv. Subaru is the only other choice in this field and I did enough research to prove that.

Favorite Features

Very fast and willing, aux. port, cold a/c, sliding rear bench seat, wood kit, vent visors, and foldable center tray.

Suggested Improvements

Better gaskets or aero improvements for wind noise, more sound dampening materials for road noise and some of the problems could be the cheap tires that are low friction. I would like the moonroof to be a option only item and not be standard on the EX and greater. I hate moonroofs!

Had an Accord and switched to RAV4, what a mistake.all kinds of trouble. Traded after a year of arguing with Toyota over the electronics communication with the engine. Downsized to a 4cyl with Honda but so happy with the mileage and the solid feel. Sorry I went to anything else but a Honda. Never again.

Favorite Features

Solid feel, quality of workmanship inside and out. Mileage computer, controls ergonomically placed. Much better air conditioning than RAV4. Fun to drive. More Class for the money.

Suggested Improvements

Better center console with more storage for CDs etc. Fog lamps standard, lighted visor mirrors.

Was going to buy a Honda Odyssey but with fuel prices they way they are I decided to go with the CR-V. Love the Green. Great family vehicle took the kids on a road trip and we had plenty of room, kids love the 6cd changer. I've been getting 26-28 mpg around town. Hope to own this vehicle for a very long time.
