2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited 4WD 4dr SUV (3.8L 6cyl 5A)
We honestly wouldn't have bought any
other SUV. We drove Explorers,
Expeditions, GM, Suzuki, Mopar, Nissan,
etc. Very smooth ride, you hear the
bumps but don't feel them. The best
4wd system out there. I love the true
full-time 4wd and the ability to
manually select what I want. The
interior design is a little puzzling.
Poor center console design, no storage,
no place for cell phone, horrible
cupholders. Resale and residual values
are also sore spots.
4wd system is awesome. Seats are
great. Huge sunroof. Love the TRUE
flat folding rear seat. Rides like a
dream. Totally unique vehicle - 20th
anniversary edition is great - better
than the wood trim.
Cupholders suck. Need a place to put
cell phone. Gauge cluster looks out of
place & needs modernizing. Computer
doesn't tell avg mpg (you may not want
to know). Needs steering wheel radio
controls. 2nd row seats should be
