Im sorry man, but I had both of the rear heater pipes explode while driving, and had to get the montero towed home. however I was 16 with very little if any mechanical experience, yet i was able to find the leak, buy a new pipe (only cost 8 dollars) and install it myself. If you payed hundreds to get it fixed you got taken for a ride. as far as the engine goes, you probably waited to long to change the timing belt (350$ job) and as a result the engine imploded as it will with all engines. Simple maintenence would have saved you alot of trouble. all cars need belts, spark plugs, and oil changes in order to stay runningReport it
