2004 endeavor paint problems

I have a 2004 black endeavor and the paint on the hood and roof of the car is coming off. The car looks awful and Mitsubishi is not going to cover the new paint job that is obviously needed. I've seen many other complaints online and I'm going to persue this further... Read More...

2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor failed emissions test per trouble code PO453: EVAP Control System Pressure Sensor. Shop said fuel tank pressure sensor, $104.98.(possibly same thing), but that to replace it, they have to lower the fuel tank, thereby a large labor cost $265.44, so with diagnostic ($82.95) total is $478.76 (incl tx). Mitsubishi paint problems

I have a light silver 2004 Mits Endeavor that looks much older because the paint on the hood and the roof has faded and oxidized so badly. Crown Mits in St. Petersburg, FL said it would cost $4,000-$5,000 to repaint the entire vehicle. I think that's ridiculously high. I might as well "upgrade" to a newer vehicle for that kind of money. Re: 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor Defective Paint Job [Mandachain]

YES! I am the original owner of my Black 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor and it is about 40-50% oxidized. The roof of the car is 100% white. I read that this was caused by Mitsubishi skimping on the factory clear coat on only their black vehicles from 2003-2005. I called Mitsubishi and apparantely they were willing to re-paint JUST THE OXIDIZED PARTS! I was so upset. They ... Read More...

Mitsubishi Endeavor Radio Problems & Propeller Shaft

Problem 1 - I drive a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor and about a month ago I noticed that my buttons to work the radio (switching from AM/FM - presets, scan, seek, etc) were all beginning to not work properly. Now, I can only listen to one AM station or I can listen to a CD so long as I don't try to skip to a song because then it acts like its skipping. Basically all I have is - Volume, ... Read More...

1st timer buyer in VA.

Hello to All, I test drove a used 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor yesterday and I loved it, however after reading everyone's comments I'm thinking this is not the best choice. I have read about gas mileage, the best tires, various problems, and the article that says Mitsubishi will go under. Nevertheless, I'm still interested. What should I do? Read More...
