2012 MINI Cooper Roadster S 2dr Convertible (1.6L 4cyl Turbo 6M)
Probably the most fun you can have on the road. Yes the ride is a little stiff (which is not helped by the OEM run-flat tires provided) but drop the top and begin to smile. The roadster actually has a trunk that is usable along with a package storage shelf behind the seats that can hold small parcels, small gym bag, etc. Add to that Mini build quality and BMW engineering and the result is one of the best cars I have owned.
Convertible top and 181HP turbocharged engine. I'm 6 feet tall and I can easily open and close the manual top while seated. The wind deflector is designed to fold in half to allow you to more easily reach the top to lift it. Depending on your height you may be better off jumping out of the car to lift the top up. I suspect most drivers could drop the top while seated. Putting the top down does not change the luggage space. It's remarkably well designed when folded and the top creates it's own tonneau cover.
Run flats just ride rough, this is true on all makes of cars it is especially noticeable on the roadster.
