Still having issues

2011 MINI Cooper Countryman S 4dr Wagon (1.6L 4cyl Turbo 6M)

Review

I have had this car since January. It has been in the shop three times with check engine lights. The first was at 2k, the second at 4k and currently it is in the shop at 7k. I have been told the parts are coming from Europe so it will take from 5-10 days to get the necessary parts. I am so frustrated. If you want a reliable car don't get this one.

I too am a disappointed Mini owner. The funny thing about Mini owners is our love/hate relationship with our cars. They are fun to drive. Their highway performance is awesome, (when they run). Even after the first year and repeated trips to the service department, I still loved my Mini. Well its been two years now and I have finally had enough. I have a 2009 John Cooper Works edition with a turbo engine and will be trading it in before winter. I feel your pain. Good luck
