2001 Mercury Villager Sport 4dr Minivan (3.3L 6cyl 4A)
A tight turning radius makes a U-turn
possible rather than a K-turn. Easier
control of the pedels is accomplished
with the modification of the steering
column and a deeper toe well. The
windows located in the sliding doors
have a tighter seal,I don't hear the
wind/noise whistling through any gaps.
The back bench seat is not easily
accessible from the right side. The
middle bucket seat folds foward and
slides but, the space isn't very large.
Entry from the left side is easier and
roomier by climbing over the bucket
seat and scooting down the center isle.
Manuel locks in additon to power locks
have been added.
I was hesitant to consider another
Villager because I didn't want to get
trapped in again. The utility shelf
across the storage area in the back is
useful as a table top and it keeps
items contained in the space.
