  I would like to know the wiring diagram for a Mercury Sable GS 1995. I need to know what each wires does and which one I need to eliminate. I want to keyless control box in a different car. I do not know who to wire. Thank you!

  Sounds like a door light switch switch, same thing happened to my 1997 Ford Ranger and 1997 Mercury Sable, except the Ranger turned it off after twenty minutes & the Sable I had to pull the fuse.   1995 Mercury Sable GS, 3.0L. Bought 2 days ago from private owner. Both in town or highway the needle bounces constantly between 15 to 20 above and below, going with traffic flow. The tach works. What's up and how to fix? Dane

  It is actually pretty easy. Once you have pulled back the interior trunk liner behind the tail light, you will see some big plastic wing nuts that hold the tailight assembly studs to the car.   Anyone know how to replace a rear light bulb in a 1995 Mercury Sable? The owners manual gives no information. I've removed the trunk interior trim but can't see how to do it. I can't believe Ford made it so difficult to do this!!!

  My mother has a 1995 Mercury Sable GL 3.0L with about 67,xxx miles on it. Today, while driving, it cut out on her with no warning. No sputtering, no choking, nothing.
