Mercedes Benz R-Class Prices Paid and Buying Experience

Re: 2007 R350 CPO [johnwang378]

Are you saying another 2 year 100K or do you mean exactly what you're typing: 2 year, 10,000, as in ten thousand mile warranty for $2,500 dollars? If so, BS for 10K miles. Also, he can do far better on that price and mileage. I would have gotten a far better deal btw. Last year, I bought a dealer's demo 2008, never titled with under 11K miles, with the extended 100K warranty ... Read More...

Re: 08 R350 Lease - Good Deal? [leo1977]

On the 2007 R350 and R500,Mercedes is giving $6500 of marketing incentives to the dealers that is usually passed on to the consumer. You might want to check what your lease numbers would be like on a 2007. What is the discount from MSRP that you are getting on the 2008 R350? Read More...

Mercedes Benz R-Class Prices Paid and Buying Experience

Re: 2007 R-Class Deals? [queencreek]

I think your numbers might be a bit optimistic. Back in October, 2006, Mercedes was offering $10,000 marketing incentives, and the dealers were willing to go about $16,000 under MSRP, not invoice. Of course, the vehicles are still not moving (witness the demise of the R500), and you might succeed. Please post your findings when you are finished negotiating. ... Read More...

2008 Mercedes R320 CDI

I went to my local dealer to take a look at the 2007 R320 CDI and possibly take it for a test drive. They said they don't have any right now but expect to get some in late July. However he said they are likely to be the 2008. I would prefer the 2008 anyway since they're supposed to be cheaper but was surprised by the early date (I thought it would be more like September). Are ... Read More...

Vibrations, Tingling Sensation on my R-350 pedals

I have a loaded R-350 2007 and after 2000 miles I noticed a lot of vibrations on the gas pedal when shifting between low gears and a tingling sensation when cruising betw 0-70 MPH. Dealer claims it is symptomatic of the R class because of its unibody build. I am still disputing the problems. The tingling sensation is killing me and my wife has refused to drive the car. ...
