looking for 2010 E Class,10miles ,4matic , premium 1 package, nothing down except for the normal fees, like security, bank fees, etc. I'm curently driving a 2007 E-class and i have 2 more months to go on my lease. is is $659 to 700 doable. I can still remember how utterly foolish I felt when my kids were growing up and for some reason or other I had to drive one of their cars...(camaro, sentra, mitsubishi, etc.) I also think our preferences can change over the years. Great choice, the 535i is a fantastic car, definitely my favorite car in the segment. Very good write up on the various current mid-sizers. I agree with almost all of your points, but I've never been a fan of the current 5. I really liked the old 540i Sport and the old M5, but the current 5 just leaves me cold. Midsize Luxury Sports Sedans: Great choice, the 535i is a fantastic car, definitely my favorite car in the segment. I picked up a 535xi last summer. Interesting points. especially so in that I currently own a 2007 ES350. Great car, mind you, but a snooze to drive. I know that most people associate fwd with "economy" which is why the TL offers the sh-awd (super handling - all wheel drive) option. I recently traded in my 2001 E320 4MATIC wagon for a 2007 E350 Wagon. The 2001 E320 was a great family car and the pick-up was very exceptional for 4000lbs car. (0-60 in 8 sec). the ride and handling was also flawless just like the 07 model. very subtle and smooth and agile when pushed hard. After I took delivery of a new 2007 E350 I notice a rattle in the chassis. The dealer has replaced all of the shocks and struts but now has a problem because the front of the car is too high. They say they don't have parts for this chassis. The car has been at the dealer for two months. I served a lemon law notice on MBZ and we are negotiating a new car. Has anyone else had a ... MB's in general are not reflective of the problems that occur on many of the 2003-4 E class. This was a new model and it was not sorted out ---particularly the electronics. That is one reason I bought a preowned 2005 E320 CDI. Have been driving MB's since 1971 and now own #'s 19 & 20. My wife has a 2007 SLK350.
