I agree with you. The designers did not put much effort in designing the new e-class. The front of the car is copied from the new Lexus GS-Series, and the back of the car is a Hyundai Sonata. Hi Kbreeeze I had this problem. I will just write here what they put on my ticket to fix it. (Park Place Mercedes Dallas, TX Fixed it.) Guide Pulley A - V -belt , Replace 201 W93 . 1 272 -202 -10-19 Sheave Pulley. I was a Benz driver for 20 years. I purchased a 2003 SL500 and was one of the unlucky ones (my research indicated that upwards of 40% of us were unlucky) who had MAJOR electrical problems. Hi there, i have a mercedes E320 2003 and the problem is i am not able to change radio stations(the ones saved on memory) from my steering wheel buttons, it only searchs manually once i click the next button from my steering wheel,but i wanted it to switch between the channels saved on memory. is there any way to make this?maybe from the menu? i appreciate your help. ... I know nothing about Mercedes-Benz cars except they're supposed to be well built, extremely reliable, and trouble free. This used to be true. MB's in general are not reflective of the problems that occur on many of the 2003-4 E class. This was a new model and it was not sorted out ---particularly the electronics. That is one reason I bought a preowned 2005 E320 CDI. Have been driving MB's since 1971 and now own #'s 19 & 20. My wife has a 2007 SLK350. why don't you look at the new M45, I'm not sure you can get any used M45 for $17k but it is a much better car than the 2003 M45. You can't compare them in terms of performance, I own both the 2006 M45 and the 2008 E350, M is a sports car and E is a comfort car, you gotta choose what you want. Read More...
