I love this car! This is my 2nd Mercedes. I Previously owned the M class and turned it in for this. I needed some convincing because of its van-like shape, but I drove it and had to get it in the Black it looks so much sportier! The front of the vehicle makes a bold statement. It's a definite head-turner or maybe it's me. My R is by far the smoothest and heavy riding car I have ever owned with plenty of space.I love to drive it and it loves to drive. I could go on with the pros but you do need to drive one to feel the whole experience. I wish there were more standard options in this luxury crossover but hey, its a Mercedes!
The interior is comfortable and makes longer rides more enjoyable. The legroom in each row is enviable by any other car in its class. My kids love the 2nd row captain's seats. There's so much cargo. New shifter is neat, takes some getting used to. Hope I dont drop my transmission
Better fuel economy. Bluetooth. The rear doors could be shorter, they make parking tough and handling hard w/the heavy doors. The 3rd row could be better if there were 3 seat belts and split 75/25. We miss 7 passenger capability. Hood emblem is a bit cheesy already replaced 1 with peeling paint. More standard options
