  Have you heard if there's any chance of a diesel C model coming here in the medium term? Nope, haven't heard anything, but I'd bet that for 2009 we'd see a C-Class diesel if diesel sales of other Benzes really take off. M

  An overview of the next 12 months: C-Class - Nothing but a long road ahead in the face of a new 3-Series and Lexus IS. New engines, all V6s will help maintain for 2006, but the 2007 model year will be a long one.   Well thats the whole point of the CLS it isn't "needed" they just wanted to do something different. I've heard different things about it's size, some are saying its as large as a S-Class, but it does use the E's platform, so.....
