I read that Mercedes has an iPod integration kit for certain models 2004 and later. Does anyone know if this will work with a 2004 CLK500 (with 6-CD changer)? Anyone have any experience with it? Thanks!

Hydroplaning is a combination of the incorrect tires and or too much speed. I have the awd g35x and even with all season Goodyear RSA tires, that car is a snowmobile on snowy icy roads, not to mention rain soaked roads. However, if I am driving 85 miles per hour when conditions don't merit that type of speed, I'm asking for problems

I own a 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe with everything on it. I am selling it and buying a Mercedes CLK. As MotorTrend Magazine said, the G35 out BMW'd BMW. That's the gratifying part. However, I add this from my own experience: The Infiniti is terrific on dry pavement and handles extremely well. Great brakes, great acceleration, etc. I have driven it at speeds in excess of 110 and it is rock ... Read More

Hi Guys, Was planning on buying a G35 when I decided to check out pre-owned/certified Mercedes at a Dealer. They had a 2004 black CLK500 with only 9000 miles for the same price as the G35 (Around $38,000). The Mercedes is really a smoking deal...almost too good to be true. The car is certified and under waranty for 2 more years so it's REALLY tempting! My concern, between the killer MPG ... Read More

I had a horrible experience with the C-230 Coupe. In one year it has been with dealership for approximately a month. There are several problems. The sign "check engine" turns on, there are several "phantom" warning signals some of them are to be taken seriously indicating malfunctioning brakes etc. I am taking it back to dealership again tomorrow. It had the supercharger changed once besides several other services. Many times the ... Read More

My daughter bought a 2004 C230 coupe in March 2004. After 2400 miles the transmission failed and the car was flat bedded to Sovereign Mercedes-Benz in Brooklyn, NY. As the car was not purchased there, the original dealer authorized a rental car. After 2 days, the vehicle was returned to her and promptly broke down again after just 6 miles!. It was returned to Sovereign who has now had the car ... Read More

Hello, I just bought a 2004 black opal C230 coupe w/manual transmission, premium package(includes autodimming mirrors, rain sensors, panoramic sunroof, premium sound, and oyster leather) on Tuesday. Impressions so far are excellent; I really really really love this car. Price was $25,111, which seems like a very good deal; the invoice prices for options aren't available on edmunds but its much lower than what other people paid. Gripes: The preimium sound ... My girlfriend bought a pewter 2004 C230 sedan with automatic and the sport package last month. I've driven it quite a bit (a bit more than she has, since she prefers I drive when we're together), and it's a lovely car, but I wouldn't buy one for myself: it thinks a little too much! 1. The rain-sensing wipers were fun at first. I don't mind that they sometimes click on for ... Read More
