2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
I've owned my brand-new C-Class for 10 months. During that time little annoying issues forced me to return to the dealer...rattles in the dash, squeaky seats, seatbelt not retracting, fingerprint identification not recognizing/responding. I expected more from a brand-new $52K Benz. Also, I never received a courtesy call from Mercedes at any time to confirm my satisfaction.
I decided to … trade it in on a Lexus and could not be happier...overall a better vehicle. And the salesman called and texted me to see if I were pleased or if I had any problems. Hmmm, a luxury car company that makes you feel special. What a concept.
