I bought a used Mercedes thinking that being a Mercedes, it should last another 10 years or so, especially when it had only 80,000 miles. Well, the problems I have encountered in I purchased are: engine harness, brakes, check engine light stays on, but shows nothing on the computer, fuel injectors, fuel pump, air conditioner, spark plugs (changed 2 times). The condition of the interior is excellent, however, and still turns heads when seen. It hesitates when driving and sometimes turns off when at a red light. Would I buy another??? Only if I am so financially stable that I am able to purchase a new car every three years.
Handling, comfort in driving
Fuel economy. Have generic parts available.....the Mercedes dealerships are unbelievably expensive!
