    I know of a 2000 Mazda MPV with the same error codes. The owner took it to the dealer who told them it was the front O2 sensor. They are relatively easy to install with an adjustable wrench or the right size socket ratchet. (Lightening)

    Well it certainly sounds like a blown fuse, but you need to figure out what caused the fuse to blow. Start by disconnecting everything that isn't standard on the vehicle and look under the dash for wiring that looks like it's been repaired or tampered with. Oh yeah, stock up on fuses.

    I don't know about getting roll-down windows installed, but if I remember correctly, the 2000-current Mazda MPV has power windows in the second rows, as does the 2004 Sienna (the Toyota will be a good deal more expensive than the Mazda). Maybe the MPV would work for you? A 2001 MPV LX (mid-level trim), with 70,000 miles, and in good condition, should be between $7,000 and $8,000.

Fuel economy: 19.6 on regular unleaded. This van is normally used on under 10 mile trips, so the lifetime average is 16.8MPG over 35,428 miles as of yesterday morning. TB
