After two years in a 99 Miata, I
traded up to the new tubo Mazdaspeed.
With a slightly stiffer ride, the
overall driving experiece is markedly
improved. Accelleration, of course,
and handling is much improved, along
with the super Bose stereo system
which increases volume with faster
speed. My only complaint is that it
requires premium fuel, but that only
equates to about two dollars extra per
tank. Worth it. Im getting 26 mpg
highway mileage, if I go easy on the
pedal. There is no better bang for the
buck in sports cars, period.

Two improvements come to mind. One, I
would have cruise control for longer
rides. The right leg gets cramped
after two hours on the highway.

from the hot water hose which keeps
