Thanks for the Zafira tip :D. Yeah only the Rondo and the Mazda5 are around here so far. I won't jump into conclusions on which car has faired better based on this number until I see a trend but, to me, this means that if you are still on the market for a compact people mover the facelifted 2008 Mazda5 is worth taking a look at (as there is no advertising for it really). Winnipeg is cold too, and my problem started two months after I bought the car - could have bought the 2007 but didn't - not sure they had fixed that model year either because 2007 owners complained as well though not in large numbers. cargo room behind the 2nd row Rondo 31.7 Mazda5 44.4 Mazda figures on 2007 for storage was very strange and same on the Canadian site, but now they seem more realistic with the 2008 information as they now state 70.9 cu.ft. with the 2nd and 3rd seats folded which makes more sense when I had actually measured both vehicles. After pursuing this with my dealer and Mazda Canada and talking with Transport Canada, and anyone else who would listen, I too had the same fix as you, though because the weather is nicer now, I won't really know if this fixed the problem or not. I would hate to think that my time, the dealer's time and expense to Mazda is all for not if nothing is resolved. I hope others ... Read More...
