I saw on the link below that the 2010 Mazda3 is having more early clutch failures than other years. Should I be looking at 2011's instead? Or is this just a few bad cars in the bunch? http://www.carcomplaints.com/Mazda/MAZDA3/ Thanks!
You didn't provide enough information to narrow this down much. You have a wide range of vehicles on your list--from tiny subcompacts (Mazda2) to mid-sized cars with large-car interiors (Sonata and Optima). Think about what's most important to you: fun to drive? ride comfort? lots of passenger room? lots of cargo room? fuel economy? etc. The Fit Sport is a good around-town car if you want something small, fun to drive, ... I currently own a 2003 Mazda Protege with 153k miles. because dealers have been known to produce inaccurate invoices. That is not common anymore. If you go to more then one Mazda dealer, and the invoice look the same, then the invoice is real.
Oh I see it now, and ya I was just joking.
sorry. Its just a laughing car face. found your post humorous. I hope that's how you intended it.
I dont see anything you just posted..
Too late they already threw me out...
You can see the invoice right here on Edmunds. But, please do not say "FU" to the dealer/salesperson. I also advise against stating "$2k below your invoice," because dealers have been known to produce inaccurate invoices. You need to know your number ahead of time and offer that dollar amount exactly.
What area are you from, and how did you determine that invoice price? Is that based on just 2010 Mazda MAZDA3 s Sport 4dr Hatchback no upgrades?
Listen to me very carefully. You need to take the 1250 and 500 off the dealer's invoice (cost) and not their inflated MSRP. You are getting ripped off!!! In my area the invoice is $19,187 so the math is $19.187 - $2,000 = $17.187. Then add their dest fee of + or - $750........ As great a car as these Mazda 3s are, I wouldn't lease them. To me, it is much better to purchase. You'll enjoy them so much, you'll not want to stop driving it. Assuming that you have mileage limits, it'll be difficult to stay under. Besides, they are (or were) offering such great purchase incentives, it seems a shame not to take advantage of them. As far as other lease options ... Read More

When Mazda introduced the 2008.5 "refresh", the Canadian market got a base GX 5-door with the 2.0L engine. It was pretty basic in standard form (15" steel wheels, manual windows/locks, no rear spoiler) but they offered an option package that included power windows/locks, 15" alloys, and most basic convenience items. A/C was also optional. The Canadian version of the 2010 Mazda3 also includes a 5-door GX model with the 2.0L engine. ... Read More

Assuming it is the same as my Mazda, the maintenance schedule actually says 10 years or 120K mi for the first coolant change ... I checked the Edmunds Maintenance page for the 2010 Mazda3 and you're right! I was quoting the coolant replacement service for my 2002 Mazda Protege5. That is an amazing difference! On the other hand, I suspect that the coolant inspection results in changes more frequent than once ... Read More
Is anyone having issues with their Bluetooth? I just got a 2010 Mazda3 Hatch - no nav - and the Bluetooth is TERRIBLE.
