only package was bose/moonroof. no GT assist (mazda nav is seriously overpriced for what you get). additional dealer installed options added around $400 to selling price. Read More...

Agree, but my "alternative" interest rate is the opportunity cost of the cash i have in the bank (which is earning 1-2%). So I can either use my money and pay 1-2% interest rate (foregone interest on my savings) or pay 5% to use mazda's money. Now if you have that same cash earning >5% in the market instead, you should finance. But I can't guarantee myself >5% in this ... Read More...

Just signed for a 2009 CX-9 GT AWD with moonroof/bose + about $400 in dealer options (mats/cargo cover/etc) Final price was around $32k before TTL. ($34.5k all-in in NJ) Price includes $4k incentive for no mazda financing. I disagree with a previous poster who said the 0% financing is worth more than $2500 in savings. I made a mistake in my post stating 2 1/4" vs 3" when it should have been 1 1/4" (not 1.5", either) for class-II and 2" for class-III. I hope newawdcx9 was not implying that I provided wrong info. Because if I did, I certainly would love to know and correct it in my head. I have a 2008 model. newawdcx9 seems to know more about 2009 models. :) Read More...

Many have tried to answer the towing question for 2009 CX-9s. I have recently purchased an AWD CX-9 and thourghly researched the towing question. I do not know the answer for earlier models. That website has been under construction for a while now. Glad that it is back on line. As expected, for 2007-2008, the new version is "F" with 2008.1 map. For 2009-2010, the new version is "B", also with 2008.1 map. If you buy a 2009 CX9 today, you may still get the "A" version. Does anyone know what your credit score needs to be for the 0% offer. I am on the dealer web site and they are offering a New 2009 Mazda CX-9 Sport FWD for $23,683 and it says 0%. If the $23,683 is the price on the web site will they discount for a trade? thanks Read More...

This is posted on the web site of the Mazda dealer in Massachusetts. I am looking both the 7 and 9. (will post the lease info under 7 as I am not sure which way to go) I really don't have the 3k to part with so trying to figure out what I could do to lower the down payment and still keep payments low. Hi lsnhc. What you were told is correct. The $4,000 dealer cash that Mazda is currently providing on the 2009 CX-9 is not compatible with its special financing or lease programs.
