Used TMV from $5,151
We decided about a year and a half ago to replace all of the air suspension with traditional coil spring suspension, after the front right side dropped so significantly that the vehicle was undriveable. The cost to replace all of them was about $1200 parts/labor as I recall vs. about $2000 parts/labor for each bag replaced for the air ride. Anyhow, the ride has been very comfortable and no problems with ... Read More

Hi, My 2000 Nav recently had an air ride susp issue with the chk susp light on. The mechanic ran a series of tests to troubleshoot the issue. During a test drive by a mechanic at a brake shop, the rear suspension on my Navigator dropped. After having gone through numerous problems with my 2000 Navigator, we finally solved our issues by running a dedicated ground to the compressor from the battery, and then being 100% sure we had good contact at the wiring harness that connects to the relay behind the right front headlight. It's so strange. In 1998, the Navigator made its debut - to the hysterical laughing over at GM at this ridiculous "Town Truck" that Ford was putting out....oops, the damn thing is selling like Mustangs!!! Better get something out like it! So they tarted up a Tahoe (a little alliteration there for ya) and put it out as a 2000 Escalade. Surprise. The Cadillac truck sold too. No 2001 Escalade, but ...
