Typical of Fords, it started having a
few problems after 80,000 miles- fuel
pump went, ABS component needed
replacement, CD changer quit working.
The 100,000 mile tune up and
maintenance were rather expensive. I
expect to keep the car a few more
years, and like other Fords I've had,
additional repairs between 100,000
miles and 140,000 miles will be
routine and minimal.
Engine is smooth and powerful. Wheel
base and suspension make for nice
ride. Lots of room for people of above
average height. A ton of room in the
trunk for family trips. Great highway
car and a good, comfortable ride
around town too. Surprisingly good in
