The "back seats" are for luggage,
not people. (actually for insurance).
It's basically a 2 seater, with dummy
back seats so insurance costs are lower.
You can do 4 people, but it's
awfully tight...ok for short disdances
in a pinch. I've done it, even rode in

Top down, you can stay warm in
winter & cool in summer amazingly well.
I mean the aerodynamics are ingenious.
On the highway, you don't even get wet
unless it's raining Real Hard.
Nothing but a keylock on the passenger
door. Maybe an option for stiffer
suspension & free-flowing exhaust for
people who like to feel the bumps &
hear the engine to realize how fast
they are going & "feel it better"
