Review

Having owned several exotics inclusice
of Porshe Jag and mercedes the Lexus
Sc430 has been an incredible experience.
The elctronic hard top and the fit
makes for two seperate and distinct
vehicles. The custom sound systim
compensates for top up or down driving.
The V-8 and structure makes for a solid
driving experiance. Zero to sixty in
5.9 seconds is exilerating!

Review

Overall I no-longer consider the SC430
a sports car. It is a very fine, very
reliable, high quality, innovative,
high value SPORTY car. It is not a
sports car like a Porsche, etc.

Best Features

Smooth powerful V8 in ECT mode, electric hard top, nav system, best car interior on this planet, all the features abound, top value and re-sale value, incredible quality throughout, enjoy the look a lot better with new wheels..

Worst Features

AC seats. Lower/raise rear windows. Noises roof areas when up, understand complex hard top. Inflatable spare. Run flats low grip, noisey, harsh. If the roof 3" longer, then the trunk 3" longer to house the roof, makes car 6" longer, or if the roof had a seamless fold in the middle

Review

I am still thrilled to hop in, put the
top down and rocket down PCH in this
car. The open cabin is quiet enough at
80 mph to speak hands-free without
raising my voice and the ride is silky
smooth nimble handling PLUS not a bit
of a breeze ruffles my hair (air
dynamics MIRACLE!). The only complaints
I have heard regard cargo space and I
find sufficient space with the run-flat
tire option (no spare.) The rear seats
are a visually stunning way of adding
stowage. The SC430 is a dream car with
Lexus reliability, Bentley luxury,
Aston Martin panache and Porsche speed
and handling. I plan to keep it
FOREVER!!!

Best Features

The incredibly fast and smooth self stowing convertible hardtop and the golden birds-eye maple trim!

Worst Features

A system similar to the rx330's camera that allows the driver to see the rear curb while parking....except the camera for the SC430 would allow the driver to see the front curb to prevent scraping the VERY low bumper and air dam on anything but the LOWEST curb.

Review

The SC430 should be car of the year,
every year. It's a pleasure to drive
and unlike other top end sports cars
there are few on the road. One problem
are the run flat tires. Only the
dealership in orlando carry them and
they are $295 each.

Review

The car runs well and has a crisp
suspension relative to the LS430.
Handling is better than the GS400 I
just turned in. Car has annoying
rattles and clicks that the dealer has
tried to fix. It will go back again!
Could use more legroom in rear. Rear
seats are for packages only.
