Review

A nice combination. Beautiful exterior and interior looks, quality second to none and a quiet, smooth ride. The navigation system is very easy to use and more practical/helpful than I imagined. Mark Levinson sound system is crisp, clear and powerful! The lexus CPO program was the final touch on a great buying experience.

Favorite Features

Navigation system and dual climate controls. ML sound system.

Suggested Improvements

Arm rests should be able to set in lower (more comfortable) positions.

2004 Lexus RX 330 4dr Fwd SUV (3.3L 6cyl 5A)

Review

I did not go wrong in purchasing a Lexus. This is the most comfortable vehicle ever purchased or test drove. It does not ride like a "truck" and hate for people to call it that. It is so comfortable to drive on long distance trips. If in need of another car, Lexus will be my first choice!

Favorite Features

I love the ease in making turns, braking and acceleration

Suggested Improvements

The frame between the front window and driver's window creates a blind spot which I must be very careful of when changing lanes.

Review

This car takes the stress out of driving. The ride is quiet and smooth. The car is so quiet that you can appreciate the high quality sound system. You are isolated from all the madness around you in the comfort of leather. The navigation system took me from my garage to a resort in Lake Tahoe CA without a miss (Unlike a back seat driver).

Favorite Features

As mentioned great pain was taken by Lexus (read Toyota) to sound proof the car. This complements the smooth ride.

Suggested Improvements

There are only a few positions that I can set the steering whelel which do not block my vision of the most important range of the speedometer (50-70 MPH).

Review

Very high quality and reliability. Just changed from a RX 300 and it's really improved; turning radius, console, more horsepower, stereo controls on steering wheel, really love this car.

Favorite Features

Leather interior quality, back up camera, automatic trunk door, very nice dashboard, programmable home link system.

Suggested Improvements

The material used for some parts scratches easily, EX. glove compartment, door panels. Dont like the plastic cover material they used for the seat covers, it breaks easily and tends to rattle. Standard Audio sound could be better. The Mark Levinson option is good though.

Review

I bought a used car with 12K miles. Have had it for 18 months and am very happy with three exceptions. The back up lights are terrible. I can hardly see behind the car when bcking into garage. I am going to try to install some aftermarket lights. The information center is good but trip miles and ET go back to zero when you turn off engine at a rest stop defeating the whole purpose of this information. When you start up again it starts at zero thus defeating the whole purpose of this feature. The high intensity headlights are great at first but you get a black cutoff line that really makes it hard to see far ahead. Mileage decent for this size. 28 highway at 60 mph. Tire wear fair.

Favorite Features

Great fit and finish. Great style. nice creature comforts.

Suggested Improvements

Info. center needs revision on distance and elapsed time going back to zero when stopping on a trip. It should be continuous until you reset manually. Must improve backup light. They don't do anything at all behind car.
