One flaw ruins the whole car

2006 Lexus LS 430 4dr Sedan (4.3L 8cyl 6A)
Bought this used last year after a ton of looking. Found what I wanted and was happy with the deal. I would rate the car a 9 or better if it weren't for one issue. The driver's seat is one the most uncomfortable I have ever had. Certainly not at all what one would expect. Dealer says nothing is wrong and is unwilling to consider a replacement seat even though it is still under warranty. Others who have driven the car, say the same thing. Unfortunately, this one issue will force me to sell the car. Looks like my 3rd Lexus may be my last.
Quiet. Nice ride. Plenty of features.
Spend a few extra dollars and color match the interior buttons to the color of the interior. They look cheap.
Wow, the majority of these reviews are about as useful as tits on a boar! Come on people, "The headlights are dangerous!" and "The seats are uncomfortable!" and kwahaus this is your third Lexus?!?! Anyway! My brother has the 05 LS and I can't get my check to the dealer fast enough to get my 06 LS. My 03 MB S430 was deemed a total loss the day after Christmas, thank you Bambi (or now roadkill)! The first time I slipped behind the sleek wood grained steering wheel and started the muscular V8 I barely heard a thing in the ultra quiet cabin! After driving a few miles this car fit me like a glove and in my opinion is yes more subdued in styling vs a MB or BMW but it has an understated elegance that says, "I'm here" instead of "HEY LOOK AT ME!!" Not to rain on a parade but I think if anything is wrong it's the person and not the Lexus! "HEY, WATCH OUT BARBARA, HERE COMES A DANGEROUS HEADLIGHT!!!" ...OMG
