HELP: Anybody solve the driver's seat/ headrest problem?

The NAS D110 was a special project to prepare the US market for the corporate change from Range Rover North America to Land Rover North America in anticipation of the importation of the Discovery in 1994. I recently purchased a 1994 Discovery, but do not have the owner's manual. I tried area Land Rover dealers but was told all manuals pre-1997 have been discontinued.
