I absolutely loved my Discovery at
first (purchased new in '99) - it's a
joy to drive, looks great, and can go
anywhere. Too bad it requires service
every 2-3 months and breaks down
frequently. I've been stranded 4
times - towed to the dealership 3
times, the 4th time it couldn't be
towed because I was in the middle of a
desert and I had to fix it myself.
Last year, the paint started peeling
