I have had my 2004 Sorento in many times for warranty work. The first was a power steering leak, they had to replace the power steering rack. Then it needed a driveshaft. That was replaced then 2 days later the crankshaft went! I luckily was not driving it at the time! I had to have it towed to the dealer. MANUAL TRANSMISSION SEEMS TO GET STUCK IN 5TH GEAR Are you saying that you can't move the stick out of 5th gear? Are you pressing the clutch pedal down far enough? It may need an adjustment.
