  I am having exactly the same problem with a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD. It doesn't matter whether it is winter or summer, If you don't start it in 3 - 5 days, the battery will go dead. The dealer has replaced 2 batteries. If you find out what is causing it, please post the answer.

  That's possible, but when I did the test it was not that cold, around 13F. The meter dropped when the light went out so I think the PCM cuts the power down after initial heat up.   The battery rundown in 3-5 days is not a problem I've seen reported here or on other Jeep forums. I suspect that either your battery is defective or you have a short. Is the battery and engine compartment clean? Grease trails on the battery or near terminals and connections can cause shorts.
